This is an open workspace. Except for fixed coworkers regarding their desks or studios, no other member has permanent use of a particular work area. Be considerate of shared spaces and personal items; leave them clean and do not leave belongings unattended.
Flow has 24-hour security cameras and offers lockers, laptop locks, or storage according to established rates. Flow is not responsible for thefts due to negligence or abandonment by coworkers.
Visitors or clients are always welcome when accompanied by coworkers, within a coherent use of spaces and times. Remain vigilant around strangers as Flow receives many external visits.
Use headphones to enjoy your music or ask the group if they wish to share your session. Have phone conversations or discussions with colleagues in your workspace at a respectful and non-disturbing volume.
If there is any type of conflict with another coworker, try to resolve it peacefully. Improper behavior and verbal/physical violence will be grounds for expulsion.
We have a first aid kit in case something unfortunate happens. Flow is released from any liability for any injury or damage suffered by you or your equipment. Conversely, you will be held responsible for any damage you cause.
Flow is made up of a diverse and heterogeneous ecosystem. Embrace open-mindedness and inclusivity to fully integrate and benefit from what surrounds you.
Pets are allowed as long as they are well-behaved, do not disturb, maintain maximum hygiene, and know how to behave without intervening in the day-to-day. This rule may be revoked if a coworker cannot coexist with animals.
Flow is about support and collaboration: practice both. You can also present new ideas to the space directly to our Community and Business Manager. Engage in productive and respectful interactions within our diverse ecosystem.
Make rational use of the networks we share. You can download (legally) applications and content, but take a responsible, non-abusive approach.
One of the fundamental values of the coworking movement is sustainability, so please do your part and try to save. Turn off lights and devices when not in use, close doors to maintain temperatures, reduce paper consumption, and recycle wherever possible.

We have a trash can in the kitchen for organic waste, and different containers for packaging and plastics, paper and cardboard, glass. Recycle and reuse misprinted paper as draft.
All members have access to the in-house gym. Please ensure that you use the gym responsibly and keep it clean for the next user. Always wipe down equipment after use and report any damages immediately.
The Healthy Kitchen is available through renting for all members to organise their events or team buildings. We encourage sharing healthy recipes and participating in our cooking workshops.
Our event spaces are available for both members and external clients. Please book in advance and ensure that the space is left clean and tidy. Any damages caused during your event will be your responsibility.
We foster a community spirit. Participate in our events and workshops, share your knowledge, and support fellow coworkers. If you have any issues, approach the community manager to help mediate and resolve conflicts peacefully.
